Membership Benefits:
• Exclusive $20 Visit Fee: A flat rate for most in-clinic procedures, making healthcare affordable.
• Access to Urgent Care: Immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions.
• Primary Care Visits: Ongoing health management and preventive care.
• Primary Care Lite: Quick access for straightforward medical needs, such as Medication Refills.
• Comprehensive Care Range: Including diagnostics, treatment for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and more.

• One-Time Enrollment Fee: $20 (Covers the family if enrolled together)
• One year commitment.
• The one year paid in advance includes unlimited free TeleMedicine.
• A family member is defined as two adults, either married or partners, residing in the same household, along with children under the age of 26 who are either biological or legally connected to at least one adult in the plan.
